ABOUT US
F&M Trading Co. was founded nearly 25 years ago in 1994, by our founder, Mr. Farouk. As a seasoned industry professional, Mr. Farouk had already been in the petroleum industry for 40 years. He began working with General Petroleum Company in 1958, then joined Amoco five years later in 1963. Then in 1965, when Gupco was established as a joint venture company consisting of EGPC and Amoco Oil Co., Mr. Farouk continued to stay on and work as Purchasing General Manager for over 30 years.
In 1994, Mr. Farouk founded F&M Trading Co., which is now known today as F&M Oilfield Services Co. His partner, Mohamed, was working as a Drilling Fluids Engineer for 11 years prior to joining F&M in 1998.
Since our founding nearly 25 years ago, F&M Oilfield Services Co. has grown exponentially due to the success that we’ve been able to deliver for our clients. By providing top of the line consulting services, equipment and product marketing, and assisting in the purchase of oil- related equipment, we help to best position our clients for success in both the short-term and long-term future.
